Finance, Purchasing, Buildings Committee
Overview
The committee advises the Village Board and Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer on financial matters of the Village. Examples include but not limited to: borrowing plans and strategies, investment opportunities for Village funds, monitor expenditure of funds in comparison to the approved budget, assist in budget preparation, maintain the ten-year plan and oversee building purchases and maintenance.
