Preference may be given to:

• Historic buildings
• Applicants who have not previously received funding

All awards are made at the sole discretion of the Selection Committee.

Selection Committee Members:

• Village President
• Finance Committee Chairperson
• Community Development Authority Chairperson
• Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce Board President
• Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce Executive Director
• Plan Commission Chairman
